Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free and the full order total is shown before payment.

Production & dispatch
Every order is personalised and made especially for the customer. During normal operation, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. While the holiday notice is displayed in our shop, orders are made and dispatched within around two weeks.
The current timeframe is shown beside the order total before checkout. Holiday orders cannot proceed until the customer confirms that they understand the extended dispatch time.

Delivery after dispatch
- We may use Evri or another suitable UK carrier.
- Delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking is emailed when the selected service provides it.
- Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
