Who controls your data

Ivan Zhukov, sole trader trading as Bubble Name Studio, is the data controller for information used to operate this shop.

Information & purpose

• Name, email, phone number and delivery address to take payment, make and deliver the order.
• Personalised wording, colours, notes, value and transaction reference to fulfil and support the purchase.
• Messages and service history to answer questions and resolve problems.
• Basic page and interaction information only when optional analytics consent is given.

Contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and customer service, and consent for optional analytics are the applicable lawful bases.

Service providers & retention

Only necessary information is shared with Stripe for payments, our site hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, Crisp for live customer chat, PostHog for consented analytics, and Evri or another delivery carrier. Order and financial records are normally retained for up to six years for accounting, tax, disputes and legal obligations.

Some providers may process information outside the UK using recognised safeguards where required.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
