Your personalised order

Each letter is made to the spelling, characters and colours you submit. Review those details carefully before paying. The preview shows the real letter shapes, but screens, lighting and the finishing process can create small colour differences.

Letters are approximately 8 cm high and 2 cm deep. Width varies by character. They are lightweight 3D-printed decorative items with a glossy ceramic-look finish.

Price & payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Applicable UK taxes and standard UK delivery are included unless clearly stated otherwise before payment. The complete total is shown before checkout.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive full card details. An order is placed when payment succeeds and the confirmation screen is shown.

Safety & responsibility

These lightweight letters are decorative items, not toys. Adult installation is required. Keep adhesive pads and loose letters away from young children and attach the letters only to a clean, dry, smooth and stable surface. If letters are displayed above a cot, bed, changing area or play space, the adult installing them must make sure every letter is securely attached and check the fixing regularly so a loose letter cannot fall onto a child. If the surface or fixing is unsuitable or uncertain, choose another position.

We are responsible for foreseeable losses resulting from a breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by Scottish law while preserving mandatory protections available elsewhere in the UK.
